Eye To Eye (I 2 I) - THE GOOFY MOVIE (Disney) - [covered by A PHOENIX FO...

this is the band playing Eye to Eye. man i love it so much!!

# 18: Go to a Concert

THIS WAS THE FUNNEST EVER!! haha (i know funnest isn't a word but i say it so just leave it be) MSML Fo! looked up what shows were playing at the Electric Theatre and it was a venue of about 4 bands, the last call, uhh... two other bands, and then A PHOENIX FOREVER! well we'd never heard of any of them, so we listened to some of their demo songs on their myspace page. they sounded pretty awesome and hardcore so we decided to go. We got there 20 minutes early (hmmm.... doesn't really sound right to be early to a rock concert... oh well) bought our tickets and just chilled inside and soaked up the atmoshere. Well the bands were just hanging around with the crowd and a phoenix forever said something about there song "eye to eye" from the goofy movie. We all chimed in "You have to do that one!" "It's our Favorite!" "It's why we came!!" They laughed and agreed to do it at the end. Well the concert finally starts and the first band plays... it was screamo music. As ugly as it sounded, it was actually kinda a cool experience. Everyone get's into it and starts head banging and doing this weird stomp thing, they jump on top of each other to get closer to the stage to sing along (or should i say scream along) with the band. As fun as it was we decided to leave and come back for A Phoenix Forever, which was the last band to play. So in the mean time we went to 25 on main and bought cupcakes and took pictures with an awesome vintage bus and firetruck, then returned back to the electric theatre. A Phoenix Forever was amazing! we all got into it, head banging, jumping up and down, singing along, the whole package! haha it was a blast! and then the band announced "So we weren't going to play this tonight but 4 girls in the back requested it so here it goes..." MSML fo! hahaha it was wonderful we started screaming and jumping. it was really a great time! I'm so happy this was on the list, it was really an eye opening experience!

# 5: live in silence for a day

This one was so hard!! I did it on a school day which made it ALL the harder, i mean sure i could have done it one a Saturday or Sunday but i don't know if your gonna do it you might as do it as hardcore as you can right?? ha the day goes by and it's all good until about 8th hour. A kid had told the teacher what I'm doing and told him to try to get me to talk. So the class starts and Mr. barney says "Today i am gonna have a random student read aloud to the class for a 100 points." i sit there mortified hoping and wishing and praying he doesn't call on me... but he does... awesome. when he called on me i just sit there not quite sure what to do. He keeps saying "Come on Lana, come read to the class" so i stand up and go to him and frantically write him a note saying I Can't and of course he answers "What do you mean you can't?" so i write again I'm not talking all day. "So you are willing to loose a 100 points?" i nodded and silently make my way back to my desk. Sure the 100 points ended up just being extra credit... but i sure needed it! i have a C+ in that class. Sad, eh? Well life went on.

It was weird because you know how people say it's so loud in here i can't here my own thoughts? Well it was kinda opposite for me i could her my thoughts so well and loud that i didn't know if i had said something out loud or not. It almost drove me into insanity! but hey i did it and know it's crossed off the list! whoo hoo! man it feels great to talk again!

# 24: Don't use Phone and Computer for a week.

This one was much harder than i ever expected!! I happened to choose to do it the week i was staying at my Dad's while my mom was out of town... smart eh? haha by the end my friends had my fathers number in their phone from calling and talking to him for me! it was awesome!

A funny moment was when i was at school and needed to call my dad to bring me money for something. i walked to the office not sure what i was going to do. As i entered a boy from my class was using the phone. I nonchalantly walked over to the phone. As he finished his conversation i asked "Hey! would you call my dad for me?" his eye's got all big and asked "what?!?" i explained the list and how i couldn't use the phone or computer. graciously he left a message on my dad's phone. Later that day my dad asks "who was it that called me?!?" hahaha it was great fun! It felt good to have a life again! haha i mean with no facebook or texting i actually had to talk to people in person... what a strange experience!! haha just teasin. but really i think sometimes we all get so wrapped up in using this new technological way of communicating that we forget that we can even talk to people face-to-face.

Well i'm happy we completed that!!... this list is just rolling right along!! haha

#21: Make 100 people smile in one day

This was way fun!! We went to Taget and would simply complement everyone on anything. like "Wow! that's a way cute shirt!" or "You are so pretty!" or even a simple "Hello!" would make the passing costomers smile.

It was fun, and i don't know, you kinda felt good about yourself after making all those people smile. It seems like people should be like that everyday, everyminute... all the time!! it was very eye-opening and i plan to keep people smiling! (:

#3: Scream at the Top of Your Lungs

After the massage chain we had time to kill. So Morgan, Megan, Sera, and I went on top of the Red Dixie Rock ( a common date place for couples at night) to cross off #3: scream at the top of our lungs, On our way up, we made up a rap about the very eventful night. the Rap goes like so:

" Megan, Sera, Morgan and Lana, we the biggest thing since Hannah Montanna. Just broke a record, it's world wide. Massagin' peoples necks standin' side by side. Stood in that line for hours and hours, now we go home and take some showers. Did we get a shirt?!? NO WAY! Who was that guy?!? JOSE!! Are we mad about it?!? FO SHO!! Are we gonna Scream?!? YOU KNOW!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!"
While practicing the Rap we scared off a few couples but once we got it down we screamed it to the world!! it felt very impowering!! Crossed off two things in one night!! WE ROCK!!
